- My account overview - current membership, tickets booked and reservations made.
- Tickets - purchased tickets for upcoming performances.
- Under Watched films you can see all past screenings.
- The following functions are available to you by clicking on the tickets:
- Call up the QR code of the individual tickets
- Forward tickets
- Reservations - reserved tickets for upcoming performances.
- Reserved tickets remain valid until 20 minutes before the start of the screening. After that, they will be automatically cancelled, if they are not redeemed in the APP or on the website .
- Reservations that are no longer required can be cancelled.
- Vouchers - Vouchers that you have received or purchased.
- Under Sent & Used you can see all forwarded or used vouchers.
- The following functions are available to you:
- Redeem vouchers online or display QR code and use in the cinema
- Forward vouchers
- Valid gift cards - Gift cards that you have received or purchased.
- Under Sent you can see all the gift cards that have been forwarded.

- Redeem gift cards online or display QR code and use in the cinema
- Forward gift card
- Cinema Club & Rewards - current membership, its validity and the number of Rewards points available.
- From here you can go to the rewards shop.
- There, the points collected can be converted into vouchers.
- blue Cinema Club - Voucher
- Here you will find all the membership Vouchers as gifts.
- You can also see all the membership-gifts that you have forwarded under Sent.
- From here you can go to the rewards shop.
- Watchlist - The watchlist shows you all films that you have added to your watchlist, e.g. via "Coming soon".
- Settings - Here you can change your personal data.
- Change password
- Personal details - Please note that transfer to other persons is not permitted!
- Delete account - Please note that access is no longer possible afterwards. Tickets, vouchers or gift cards that are still valid can only be redeemed or used directly in the cinema if they are still physically available.
- Agreements - Here you can customise your mailing settings:
- Newsletter: Information on films and screenings
- Special offers: Information about special offers and promotions
- Payment - Your stored means of payment can be deleted here. A new payment method can only be saved in the shopping basket during the payment process. For security reasons, we only accept credit cards from Swiss credit card issuers.
- Favourites - Here you can set your preferred language version.
