If the correct email address has been entered and you have still not received an order confirmation email (also check your spam folder), the ticket purchase was not successful.
Please verify whether the purchase amount has been definitively charged or refunded.
If an amount has been debited, without ticket delivery, we need the following information for further clarification, which can be sent to us below:
- Date and time of the ticket purchase (for TWINT payments, this information can only be found in the TWINT APP of the respective bank)
- purchase amount
- used Payment methode
- for credit card payments, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card
- for TWINT payments, we need the transaction number, which can only be found in the TWINT APP of the respective bank.
